Got my food burnt. When I complained they asked if I would still eat it.
In the past, at this location, I've had good service and good food. In fact this has been my favorite Shari's. However today was a different story. I ordered the meat lovers skillet for breakfast and it had an insane amount of peppers on it. I have a problem with acid reflux and can't handle that much peppers at once. I tried a couple times to address this with my waitress and she just ignored me. Definitely won't order that item again and will probably be awhile before I go back to Shari's again, especially this location.
First time to this What is tonight and will be our last! We waited 10-15 min before she came to take order then took another atleast 25 min to get order which was cold and she kept forgetting things like our water our appetizer!! It was busy, but we where watching the other waitresses busting butt , ours looked lost!
I been coming to this restaurant for the last 3 years, I come two or three times a week to have lunch or dinner... but today I couldn’t go home without recognizing the great service! They know us so well that our food is always great; our steaks, our salmons and the best of all our sautéed mushrooms! Thank you Magnolia, thank you to best cooks Jeremiah and Andy and thank you Aaliyah for always treating us so kind and for making sure our food is always the best!!!��
Friendly service. Meals always taste good. Good value for money and love free pie Wednesdays.
Won two $10 gift certificates on 2tge radio, so tried it out here. The server guy was overly enthusiastic and kinda loud. That was ok, just...loud. The food (breakfast for dinner) was ok. Went to pay, and he forgot to take off one of the $10 certificates, and I didn't notice. Called the next day (today) and asked if the till was off, and yes, it was over. Was told they would go over the transaction, and call me back. No call. Guess my 20% tip wasn't enough for the guy, and he needed a 60% tip instead. Won't be returning to t... read more
