We stopped in on our way home from Washington State. The food was good but the service was amazing! Loved the atmosphere and the staff. Stop in and see them sometime. The one we visited in Richland had pie milkshakes. They actually drop a whole slice of pie into the blender and make your shake. 10 out of 10 on the shakes alone.
I am not one to write negative reviews but this is a must. I am so disappointed right now with Shari’s Keizer Location. I made an order off Door Dash and not only were there items missing from my order, the food was absolutely disgusting. I called and the lady manager was SO RUDE TO ME. She interrupted me several times and ended the phone call by hanging up on me before I was done talking. I got a full refund from door dash. I am never ordering from This location again. Door dash was wonderful. This restaurant IS NOT.
Shari's has the best 6 slice Pie flight ive had so far 3 thumbs up. if yoi go to sharis get the flight. its out this town
Everything was over cook. Stuffed hash browns with little filling cooked in to much oil making them so crunchy it was like biting into an Burnt bacon. Then same with the French toast and the Top sirloin steak was well to medium in stead of medium rare and the size of the steak. We came in to have dinner at 9:40 pm, after working 12 hours. We weren't greeted by the hostess who was just standing there. We said there was 2 of us. she says "it will just be a minute" The hostess was looking at the computer. She kept looking at it, and kept making faces looking at it. We commented to each other in normal voices, "wonder when we will get seated?" No response. Still looking at her computer. beware..they now have a surcharge of 2 percent for using a credit card. they don't notify you until you get your bill.

I will not pay 2% more to support your business expenses. It is the cost of doing business not inflation to pass on to patrons. Your food or service is not THAT good. If you don’t want to pay to accept cards, then don’t accept them take cash only.
