Had to wait an hour to get our food and when we got it is was not even the right order and was legitimately cold so bad we had to leave and go somewhere else. So so so disappointed sharis has really gone down hill. Would NOT recommend to go here.
Service was terrible, food was even worse! Definitely will never be back.
Awful. The only thing slightly better than the terrible food, is the half smile from servers who look like they want to use your butter knife to end it all right there.
My server Justin never checked on us and both apps were wrong. I had to walk up to the host stand to order. He ignored us when we tried to flag him down and gave us excuses of of why the order was wrong. Still after that never asked how we were doing at any point.
We were there yesterday, the food was great and the service also, one of our favorite places in Moscow, I'd.
A great addition to the community; staff always friendly, management attentive to needs of patrons, a varied menu, and even when crowded they remain friendly and full service. they even offer a sizable rental-free banquet room for meetings or parties, and will even personalize your event with notice.
