$8 for a waffle not crisp, good syrup, lotsa butter, good service. Eight bucks for a waffle.
Horrible service, while ordering food waitress was short and snappy and cut me off while trying to correct my order. Then comes back 25 minutes later just to tell us they don’t have what we want. Beyond annoyed.. Waitresses name was Martha.
The food was undercooked and some over cooked. The staff was very rude when we ask questions. Will never go there again.
RecommendedI had the worst food..I was there last night and got an BLT LUNCH TRIO...the BLT HAD MULTIPLE..I MEAN MULTIPLE STRING OF HAIR IN IT....we were toooo tired tired to take it back,,,BUT I WILL. EVER AGAIN ORDER FROM THEM..the soup was ALL WATER DOWN..clam chowder soup was the WORST...we like Shari’s , but last night was THE WORST FOOD EVER...

I am not one to complain or comment about my dining expriences, but this place is horrible with horrible people working there! The manager was much worse than his 2 employees waitressing. The service and people skills of this establishment were more than lacking especially since we knew we were being ignored. Not busy when we had walked in. We did get seated right away. But everyone around us was getting service including the people that came in after us. No one came to ask us if we wanted any drinks and did not even bother ... read more

I come here just about every Friday night with at least 8 other people and we always receive great and friendly service in a timely manner. I am very thankful for Shari's and the awesome sense of being welcomed each time!
Ordered food to go, and when I came to pick it up all the food was cold. I ordered the Denver omelet and I got burnt scrambled eggs that had been shaped into a circle and folded in half around three handfuls of semi-melted cheese. My son's grilled cheese sandwich was burned and the hash browns were soggy and undercooked. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT S****Y FOOD!!!
Unimpressed; I've visited countless Shari's over the years in multiple states and the experience at this location was probably the worst. The food and service were mediocre at best...not worth the time nor money spent.
