Recommendedwas really good good but the wait is long to get your food
Waited an hour for food after waiting 10 minutes to be seated. Asked for sautéed onions and got like 5 of them as well as the sauce missing from the burger. They waitress asked us right away if we wanted new fries since our food had been sitting out for a while and we said yes. Waited even longer burger was dry and the cheese was hard. Then they messed up out payment and charged us another persons meal so that was even longer.

We had a wonderful mean with very nice service people.
We chose Sharis because every other one we have been to has been good. However, Sharis in Moscow was the worst service and slowest we have ever had. we were treated rudely upon entering by the host, service was slow and waitress was very inattentive. after bringing us our drinks we waited 35 minutes before another waitress noticed empty cups. It took an hour to get our food. Will not be back or recommend this Sharis to anyone!
I went into this Shari's with my grandson who goes to WSU. I think this was the worst Shari's I have ever gone to. The new Clubhouse with the thick cheese bread was disgusting. my grandson will eat almost anything, but he hated his as well. The guy waiting on us, wow, attitude big time. He gave us our check as soon as my salad came and we told him my grandson would want a pie to go ,but hadn't decided on what kind. I've got food poisoning..
Only three tables occupied in the whole place but had to wait a long time to order and receive food. Salad had slimy lettuce. Portions were small for the price and two flies were buzzing around our table the whole time.
Our service was very friendly and nice!!
