I have recently been seen by Dr Topper for a rash that appeared on my body with a low grade fever . I have to say hands down she was one of the best Dr's I have encountered in South Florida. She went over every detail on why I could have this rash and made sure I had the proper diagnosis between herself and my GP. The next day Dr Topper sent me a text message to see how I was feeling and if I needed anything. Not only was she thoughtful she cares about her patients.
Dr Topper treated our 2 children. She was very sensitive to their needs - kind and patient. She explained everything she was doing, to both us and our children. She even talked us out of a more expensive procedure, which we were prepared to pay for, in favor of trying some simple medication first. Dr Topper and her staff were all very professional and made the whole experience very comfortable. We would definitely return to her if we ever need to see a dermatologist.
I do not recommend this doctor. All she wants is the insurance money by performing unnecessary biopsy in your skin. Also, she will force you to make another appointment by not addressing all your issues and making excuses so that you have to make another appointment. She really believe we are all dumbs. Sadly, in fact I was for going there in the first place...
I set up an appointment because I have a painful cyst. I set up the appointment last week, gave all my information including my insurance ID and I show up to the appointment today after leaving work, missing out on money, and arranging child care and she said we don't accept your insurance plan SERIOUSLY? they couldn't have told me that when I set up the appointment? now i'll have to wait MORE time and be in pain until I can get seen my a derm dr. oh and the lady lied to my face as well said t
Dr. Topper takes the time to listen to you about your concerns. I find her to be very nice and very knowledgeable with skin issues and explains things clearly. I've been looking for a Dermotogist that I can relate to for a while and am very pleased to have found Dr. Topper.
