Makes me feel like I am of no importance whatsoever by keeping me waiting over an hour on more than one occasion. I understand that appointments run over, but there is no excuse for not keeping later patients informed of delays. My cardiologist runs on time, and my pulmonologist is only 10-15 minutes late sometimes, so I do wonder what emergencies there are for a dermatologist that makes her unable to keep appointments within a reasonable time. And how bad is the office staff not to let p
Dr. Topper is welcoming and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and explained things as necessary. She seems to care for her patients.
Does not respect patients time. Would not recommend. Runs over an hour late for appointments on a consistent basis.
She is very caring and professional! Gets to the root of the problem, which I find many dermatologists do not do, and then the problems linger. I would highly recommend Dr. Topper!
Definitely a dermatologist who is only in it for the money - she couldn't care less about her patients. Her practice is treated as a business where she tries to churn out as many patients as possible, despite not actually helping them. Expect a long wait time. Do NOT recommend.
I met Dr. Topper today for treatment of a cyst. She was kind, warm, professional and very clear in her responses to my questions. I appreciated that she took the time to explain every step of the procedure in treatment, since it was my first time. I would recommend her to anyone!
Dr. Topper wasn’t aware of the side effects of a medication she put me on when I asked. One of the side effects was the liver damage if I drink alcohol while on the medication. I had to find this out on my own and it was later confirmed by other doctors.
Professional, compassionate, cutting edge doctor! Great feeling to be with a doctor you can feel secure with.
I went for a full body check up. 2 minutes later Dr. Topper was done. I felt that she did not view the moles and marks on my body. I had on very long boxer shorts that she didn't ask to remove. I felt that I could have gotten a much better exam from another dermatologist. She may be great at cosmetic work but I will never find out.
