And, the recording said to make an appointment leave a message. That was last week, 5 days ago, and they have never called me back. There is no excuse for this, including having someone leave a message to make an appointment, early in the week and early in the day. No wonder they have a bad rating!!!

I like dr topper it's sweet, I don't know if it's because I'm used to it, but my daughter likes it. The staff is the worst they are rude, they never answer the phone you leave 2 messages at 3 days they call you with a bad attitude, they never help you with what you need. I do not recommend it, it has a very bad time in that office
Horrible experience. Wanted Dr. Fiedler but was unable to get in quick enough. Was worried that I had skin cancer. Dr. Topper was able to see me. I did not care for her bedside manner whatsoever. I showed her a wart on my thigh and asked her if she could remove it. Without cleaning it or anything, she cut it off (instead of freezing it or burning it off). Had a consult for Coolsculpt vs Injectables and Dr. T took great care in helping me make the best decision. The Coolsculpt team Susan and Becky were outstanding. They explained everything. Although they advised I may need a second treatment in 8-10 wks (under chin), here I am 3 weeks out and I already notice a big difference. I have great experience every time I see her. Dr. Topper is very knowledgeable and her staff are very helpful, can be a wait at times but she is worth the wait.
Horrible! Long wait time, took 3 weeks to get an appointment because my sons Dr ( Topper) was on vacation. All we needed was a refill for acne cream so I asked if we can just see Dr Fiedler. After all his chart is all computerized. “Oh we don’t allow that”, he has to see Topper. But it’s just a refill! He’s not on accutane, it’s just a cream. Doesn’t matter! Makes me feel like I am of no importance whatsoever by keeping me waiting over an hour on more than one occasion. I understand that appointments run over, but there is no excuse for not keeping later patients informed of delays. My cardiologist runs on time, and my pulmonologist is only 10-15 minutes late sometimes, so I do wonder what emergencies there are for a dermatologist that makes her unable to keep appointments within a reasonable time. And how bad is the office staff not to let p
Dr. Topper is welcoming and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and explained things as necessary. She seems to care for her patients.
