Heather listed our home and had multiple offers BEFORE the sign went up in front and before the realitor walk through! We also had back up offers within a couple of hours. She is very professional, knowledgable, courteous, respectful of our time as professionals and in our case she went far above her role to protect our interests from another agent who we found to be dishonest, unprofessional and obnoxious. Shari is very knowledgeable and knows her real estate market. She is very professional and produces all of the necessary facts to make a proper decision to buy or sell. Heather is extremely professional, compassionate and knowledgeable. Her communication style is out of this world. Heather always made us feel as if we were her only clients. After the devastating Camp Fire we weren’t sure what we were going to do. My daughter who also lost her home was working with Heather at the time and suggested we contact her. A life changer! Shari & her team are the most responsive people we’ve dealt with in real estate transactions. The first house we sold with Shari was a tough sell, due to the type of property. Shari’s marketing was so good it blew away my VP of marketing husband! The house sold. The second house was a much easier sale. If youre serious about selling your house, call Shari. Otherwise, get a more laid back realtor. Shari & her team are all about results!

I met Heather right after the Camp Fire. I had specific requirements and wasn’t sure anyone could help with my needs/requirements. She listened, showed me properties that had most everything I wanted. Her selections showed that she listened. But not only was she great in helping find the property, she was fantastic to work with after the offer, through the negotiations, inspections, and the roller coaster of emotions a buyer has up to the date of close. Heather was a star.

Heather showed up for us just after the #Campfire and showed us properties when it was cold and raining. The only way to get into town was the back way and she did it without ever complaining once! She’s since sold a home to my parents, us, and my in-laws. I’ve known her for 14 years and she’s a very honest reliable down to earth person! I highly recommend her!
