Heather was amazing. She would send daily listings of new homes. Heather was very flexible and available to show us homes. During escrow she kept us up to date with everything that was going on. She did everything. The process was seamless. Heather was professional, kind and knowledgeable.

I sold my home in Chico with Heather as my real estate agent She went above and for me. She guided me step by step though the seemingly endless paper work. She found reasonably priced repair and cleaning people to ready the house. I put in a change of address with the post office, but it was hit or miss for actual delivery. Heather took the time and effort to send me the unforwarded mail. She always kept me informed of the progress of the sale. She did all this and more all while I had already moved to Texas! Heather showed great patience with my technology-challenged mother-in-law who, after losing her home in the Paradise fire and living with us for eight months, found a home in Chico that she really liked.
