Shari has helped me on a few real estate transactions. She makes the paperwork simple, usually over the computer, so you don't have to constantly go to the office. Whenever I need to talk to her, she always gets back quickly. I think she is honest , and has a good feel where the real estate market is heading . I have recommended her to a friend, and he was happy with her assistance. I will use her in the future, and you should also if you like smooth real estate transactions.

Shari is great! She took us all over Butte County looking for our dream home. We were looking in the foothills and up in Cohassett and Forest Ranch and Concow, so we had some far flung places to look at. I learned something from Shari outside of the realm of real estate: "If you got four wheels, you got four wheel drive!" Thank you, Shari!

Shari was excellent throughout our whole home purchase process. She handled everything; was very quick and responsive to get answers for any question we had regarding the purchase and negotiation for our transaction. When I was looking for a home to purchase in Chico, Shari was a great resource and support. She listened to me and "heard" what I was saying.
