I’ve been going to Shapes since January and I’ve done the water aerobics first and lost the weight and now I’m working on weights.. The staff there are very Friendly and its a very clean environment ... they remember you’re name and always ask if you need any assistance!! Highly recommend Shapes Gym!!
I love Shapes. I feel right at home in their facilities. Definitely a no-judgement zone. Their equipments, classes and staff rocks!
I started on the 8th of January of this year and so far I’m down 11.5 inches!! Staff is always friendly! Made me feel like welcome and to me means a lot!!
I went for the first time last week. Very impressed w class strengthen for boomers. Very friendly atmosphere. I'm overweight but felt very comfortable there. I'm hearing impaired and the staff is aware and making sure they are looking at me so I can lipread. I'm looking forward to doing other classes and learn about the exercise machines. Very excited!
Love LOVE this place!!! The instructors are amazing and it’s a judge-Free zone! every time I walk in or out, I’m greeted with a hello and goodbye. I Highly recommend this place to anybody!!
I was a member at Shapes Fitness along tine ago. I am happy to be back and very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility along with the friendy staff. Im more of a free weight person but I started on the circuit machines which I was very impressed by the smoothness and the independent lifting. I highly recommend this gym for many reasons. My next step is to take a spin bike class in which their bikes are movable side to side so they resemble a true ride more. Looking forward to many workouts at this great facility
