The staff is the best! I have been a member of Shapes in the past and when I came back from being gone for awhile, I was remembered. What a Welcoming feeling! Everyone is so helpful from staff to the other members. It feels like a family.
love that it is a all woman facility no men aloud it is under a remode I can't wait till it is done I have been a member since they opened many years ago.
Variety of classes to choose from, Zumba, all the Instructor trianee are amazing, very friendly atmosphere I'll try to go six days a week, Shapes is a place to be for women.
When I decided to get healthy after six years of being out of the gym.....I knew right where I was going to join. Shapes is especially for women. That’s one of many things I love about it! The group fitness classes are so motivating and the sauna is so therapeutic! If your looking for a place to cal your fitness home, Shapes is where you should go! Lauren, Ann, and Mary Pat are all amazing! Come check it out!

It continues to amaze me how Ican perspire while working out in the pool. The exercises are fun, challenging and satisfying!
first of all the pricing is expensive. They now have a Basic Plan and a Premier Plan..the Premier Plan u get to use the pool and take the classes as well as use the machines , and the basic is just the machines. The Premiere is 45.oo/mo the girll just told me as well as any sign up fees. I was a member years ago for years back when u could pay 29.50 a month and use everything. I missed Shapes but I thought the prices were too much so I joined Fit&Active thru my daughter's job. For 25/mo. I can go to almost any gym in Brandon... read more
This morning I attended the Nutrition Support class with Kathy. The class was super informative and I can honestly say I walked away with a better understanding of Diet and Logic😊
