Shapes it a great way to stay fit or get fit and to be comfortable at the same time, since it’s all women. A side benefit is that you make new friends and the instructors are the BEST!
Great facility with lots of options and the group classes are awesome.
I was a member for 20+ years and recently cancelled my membership as they did not honor my original contract. Because of this and other issues over time, I really didn't feel like they cared for me as a member. Personal training is outrageously expensive as compared to other personal training at other facilities. In my opinion, other then being an all women's gym, there is nothing that gives them an edge over other gyms.
