I love Shapes Fitness!! Since recovering from breast cancer, I have been slow to get back in the gym...i started with Personal Training and Barre/Yoga classes with Mary Pat, and it has truly helped get me on the road to recovery! I've had some recent health setbacks, and I haven't been able to get back in the gym again yet, but I am on the road to recovery, and I can't wait to get back to my Shapes family soon!!
