Love this gym! It's always clean, opens on time, and has all the machines I need to help me achieve my goals!
Shapes Fitness for Women in Brandon, Fl is a terrific fitness gym! It is for women only, and includes a large amount of work-out machines, an indoor heated pool, and all types of fitness classes. The gym's hours are flexible, working around all members' work schedules. I truly think it is the best gym I have ever belonged to!!! Thank you.

I've been coming to Shapes since May, and it has been a great experience, I've have accomplish my goals, with the help of some great trainers, they are very helpful !
