Best staff, I enjoy the high energy and great classes they provide.
I've been a member of Shapes since 1995 and I LOVE it! Everyone is so nice, it's like family and it's ALL women which is great! There's a pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, oodles of classes, personal trainers-everything you need to get fit and be happy!
I love the water class with Shelia. She makes it fun and exciting. I get a great workout every time I come.

I joined 4 months ago and love it! I especially love that I was able to add my daughter to my membership so she can workout with me. We love and enjoy the variety of fun classes offered daily. I also love that I can get measured and weighed monthly as part of my membership to track my progress. :)
I'm excited to be back at shapes gym!!!! Can't wait to see results.
