I have been a member of Shapes for many years. There is no comparison to other gyms - Shapes is the place to be for all women! They have all the current equipment & an indoor pool. If you want to get the most out of your time, you must enroll in group training or personal training. The master trainers at Shapes in Brandon are the best of the best. Their expertise & guidance have educated me in all areas of fitness from strength training to nutrition. Shapes has transformed my life!

I've been a member at Shapes for 20+ years, bought into their "life time fee" program in 2011 paying $690 so that I would only have to pay $99 a year for life. Well, that didn't work (foul that I am). The fees have slowly crept up each year, last year I paid $128. Was just informed that this year my fees will be $180 per year plus taxes plus club fee. Buyer beware! Well, sorry Shapes, there are too many gyms in this area that are cleaner and cheaper.
I have been going for 6 weeks now so far so good. I go with my bestie I workout 4 days a week and Saturday morning. We so far have gone to the water aerobics Tues & Thurs, zumba classes, trifecta classes and floor strength. All the trainers are great and very helpful by far. I've enjoyed it so far.
