I love shapes I love the staff and love love love the classes especially Holly Hip Hop Monday nights. I think the all female atmosphere is not only comforting but also inspiring. I have been a member on and off for the past 10 years, I've tried other gyms but always come back to Shapes. Keep up the good work!
They always go above and beyond for their customers!
I like it but some of the things they do I think are wrong like when they change schedule with out notice.

I love shapes. They have great classes and personal trainers. Your trainer will work you according to your ability and progress you accordingly. Come give Shapes a try and make new friends.

Unfair business practice of not letting you know that you will get a bill a month or so later with "maintenance" fee, even though you have paid in full. I think this is illegal!
Really upset! I had a year contract, that is up on the 27th. Yet when I tried to cancel several times, they said I would still be billed for three months! Beware scammers!
