I love it here! Not only do I get to work out here, I also have the pleasure of teaching yoga here! The staff and members are great, especially my dedicated yoga ladies I see almost every class. I love sharing my teachings and these ladies and the shapes team have great energy ;)
Totally addicted to Shapes, never thought of myself as a gym person but here I am a yr and a half later going atleast 3-4 times a week. everyone is so pleasant, and have made some great friends already. Please give it a try if you are looking for a place to have fun and make yourself feel better, personal trainers rock, you will be glad you did...�
