I have been coming to Shapes for about 6 years now. Highly motivated and friendly staff who encourages the members. I love the group fitness classes..awesome instructors! This is the place I go for "therapy." Not only do I work my butt off, but I have also developed many friendships.I have no desire to go anywhere else!

I just joined and I am super excited about the variety of things there and the childcare!
Schedules keep changing without notification and less classes. They should have told me this, prior to taking my money. No classes after 6 pm so daytime workers can't attend.
Love my gym! Wonderful trainers and staff. Enough offered for every age or ability.
I wish they were opened earlier than 5 or later than 9 schedule at work changed makes it hard to go
I really like Brandon gym because I love the pool and the swimming classes. I think the staff is very friendly and always willing to help.
