As soon as I walked in the door, I was welcomed. No pressure, no sales pitch. I was escorted thru the facility and all my questions were answered. Beautiful new equipment, enough room in classes, pool, sauna, steam room and massage room. I love it! Exactly what I've been searching for. Liz was very up front and honest about the finance. I honestly felt like family. I believe Liz has my health in her best interest. Thank you Shapes!
Shapes has been a godsend for me with all my health issues. I need to keep active with work out, stretching etc. In order to maintain my moveability. Shapes provides me with all the equipment in order to achieve this. The staff is great and always willing to answer questions and help. I love SHAPES.
I joined for the water exercise. Pool is warm and instructors are very energetic and keep everyone moving. The time goes quickly and then the hot tub or sauna are a relaxing plus. Very friendly atmosphere of other clients to. Really enjoying my membership. I gifted one to my sister who loves it also.
