Some people prefer modern restaurants with wall mounted tanks filled with exotic fish. They expect Art Deco lighting and chairs made more for the sake of art, than comfort. Well, we’re old fashioned. Thick wood beams, with over two hundred years of wear, stretch from ceiling to the floor. Our sturdy tables and chairs remain for their comfort, to craddle you while enjoying a delicious meal. A no frills atmosphere will keep you content, and coming back from more. With age comes experience.

great service and the lobster was good
The deck view of the lake was fantastic. The service was great as well. However the fried schrimp, clams, and haddock not so good. It was dry as if in the freezer too long.

The service was good. The appetizers were tasty and priced right. The main course Broiled Seafood Platter was terrible as well as the Shrimp Scampi. The shrimp were overcooked (2), it should have stated the scallops are baby (5) and a piece of overcooked haddock with no flavor for $29.00. No very appealing to the eyes. The sour cream for the baked potato was in hood to go container and the butter was also served wrapped as if you were at a fast food restaurant.
