Shane was a great realtor for me. I was a first time home buyer and he was very helpful. He started with a basic meeting to discuss the home buying process as I was unsure what to expect. Shane was there for me every step of the way and even after I moved in. I would recommend Shane to anyone.
We stumbled upon Shane a year ago as we were testing the home buying waters. A year later we were not finding anyone we clicked with, Shane understood and listened to what we were wanting in our new home. His knowledge of the market, different loan types was outstanding. If you are looking to buy or sell Shane is the person to go with. Not that we foresee selling and buying again, but if that day comes there is only one person we want to deal with.
