Looking for a dentist when you are new to the area is scary- let me put you at ease by saying Dr. Costa is a excellent choice. After a pregnancy left me with extensive damage to my teeth, I am speaking from experience. Dr. Costa did wonderful work, my wait time was always very short, and his staff is extremely friendly and upbeat.
Great staff and up-to-date office made me feel immediately comfortable. I had a great experience with my cleaning and a filling.
It appears to be a well run business that is customer sensitive and responsive.
I have been a patient of Dr. Costa for several years. I have been consistently satisfied and very pleased with all my appointments. In addition to twice a year routine cleanings, I have had three or four crowns completed by Dr. Costa and his team, all very well done. In addition, after a particularly difficult crown preparation, I was surprised and grateful to receive a phone call that evening from Dr. Costa, who asked how I was feeling. I thought that was very thoughtful.
Dr. Costa's office is a cheery, relaxed, professional atmosphere. The staff is welcoming and warm. The facility bright and clean. They always remember who I am and ask about me personally. They are as eager to talk about my life and travels as about my dental health. Dr. Costa himself is a constant stream of positive feedback and optimistic thinking. The staff loves to smile and laugh. They always look genuinely pleased to see me.
As a military retiree, finding a dentist has been a little intimidating. I was very pleased with my first visit.
