Friendly, professional office atmosphere with a personal touch. Very thorough in explaining step by step of procedures. Actually no waiting at all from the moment I entered the office through completion of the treatment (except for a few moments while waiting on my mouth to numb - which was actually a nice peaceful moment to lay back and relax from the hectic day ). No pain experienced at all.
A friend asked me why I live in Leesburg and keep on as a dental patient at a practice in Great Falls. I have never been treated better. The staff is so warm and welcoming that I look forward to my visits. Abby, my hygeinist, notices and remembers everything. She asks about my life with very specific, informed questions. Dr. Costa makes me feel like he is genuinely glad to see me each time. We chat and catch up more like friends than a doctor and his patient.
