The only suggestion I can think of might be technologically unfeasible, but it would be very, very helpful if any treatments NOT covered by the individual's insurance could be announced in advance in order to allow the patient to determine whether he/she wanted to approve the treatment.

Dr. Costa is professional and extremely knowledgeable, while at the same time being an upbeat and positive person. His entire staff reflects this, and we all know going to the dentist is literally a pain, but I look forward to it because of the positive environment he promotes. Abby rocks as a dental hygienist and provides a great balance of information without lecturing.
