I have been negligent, in the past, to have dental work done when necessary as I have always been a big "chicken" when it comes to facing the dentist. But much to my surprise, I find myself very relaxed while sitting in the dental chair at Dr. Costa's as his entire staff makes me feel right at home and like 'one of the family'. Dr. Costa's assistant, Abby, is extremely knowledgeable and informs me of every step during her exam and cleaning of my teeth. It was a pleasant experience- reasonable waiting period and excellent service.
I can't say enough good things about my dentist and his amazing staff. He takes the time to explain the treatment, giving you both the pros & cons. He also makes sure that you understand the details of procedure before he begins. To top that off, he calls you later to check up on you.
Dr. Costa and his staff are very friendly and they make you feel comfortable right away. I will definitely coming back for future treatment.
