My daughter Jamie & I have been all over town for weeks looking for the " perfect" wedding band for her fiancé. Will Taylor was so knowledgeable & helpful. He even tried on all the rings we looked at. Will brought out a ring that was in the back but had an inkling that this is what Jamie is looking for. I went to pick up my rings that I had sized here, my rings were purchased 15 years ago from another store, and as the lady was unwrapping them one of the smaller side diamonds fell out. She immediately took it to her technician who looked at it and saw that the diamond was actually smaller than the diamond that should go there and they replaced it with a diamond that was appropriately sized for no charge, no questions asked!
