Our Jewlery buying experience was the best we've ever had! Our non-commission based and guide, was Mitchell Richards in the Greenwood Village location. His enthusiasm and passion for his job and Shane Co, as a whole was infectious! We went in for an upgraded wedding set, for our 20th wedding anniversary and Mitch was patient, understanding and knowledgeable as he guided us around the store and showed us literally 50 rings...EACH. We just purchased our wedding bands and engagement rings here today and could not be more please! The staff was amazing and by far the best selection in town! Every place we went I would find a ring just to be told I could not get it in my size “4.5” Then we walk in here pick out five rings I like and they can have every single one custom made for my size at no additional charge! And to make matters better they give free lifetime warranty on all their rings!

We have been loyal Shane customers for almost 30 years. The jewelry is beautiful and the customer service is excellent!
My partner and I came in yesterday to give eachother rings since we decided to get engaged. We had excellent service to say the least. The salesman that came to help knew instantly we were a gay couple. He had no judgements and treated us hownge would have wanted to be treated. It was the best experience I have ever had and being engaged for the first time in my life made it feel that much memorable. Thank you!!!
