Besides the fact they have quality diamonds and jewelry, after having my ring for 12 years, I lost one of the smaller diamonds. Shane Co redid the prongs, replaced the diamond, cleaned, and shipped to my home in Pennsylvania all for free. Wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Shane Co is AWESOME! Their customer service is 2nd to none! I lost a diamond out of my wedding ring, which we purchased at Shane Co. 20 yrs ago. I went in to get an estimate to replace the stone knowing that, since I had never taken it in for cleaning, servicing, etc., my warranty was void. Elizabeth, my rep, BLEW ME AWAY!! She came back & said NO CHARGE!!...AFTER 20 YEARS! Not only did she offer to replace the missing stone for FREE, but do several other necessary maintenance items as well to get my ring back up to pristine... read more
