I came in looking for a ring for my fiance, she prefers sapphire, I ended up buying a saphire on a nice white gold ring. The salesman who helped me out had good customer service skills, was not overly pushy but rather helped me find what i was looking for, and was friendly and sociable. the selection was good,and the other mployees also seemed friendly. I would recomend this place.
I love my engagement ring- wedding band set. From Shane co. My sister in law showed me this place. We've been buy all our jewelry there ever since. Excellent Jewelry and awesome lifetime warranty.
This is the only place we will purchase any jewelry at all. The best customer service by far. When you walk in the door it is personal service. I had to have the setting remade on my engagement ring, now 11 years old, I nearly lost the Ruby. Of course it is guaranteed for life.
