I was completely misled, as my agreed purchase was not what was represented to me, both online and with customer service reps. I was told that they would fix the issue and if the new purchase cost more, they would handle that on thier end. The customer service reps made false claims of thier quality and assured me there would be no missing nacre. The necklace came in with tons of blemishes that had missing nacre.
