Our Bloodhound puppy ate my beautiful wedding ring, it was purchased at the Shane Co in Westminster Colorado. This ring literally made it through her digestive tract and came out completely in tact! Not one stone was missing…thank you for making quality jewelry that is Bloodhound tough!!! Pictured is the culprit, the ring right after retrieval (sorry for the gross pic) and after I cleaned it ( I will be in so you all can put it in your professional cleaner for an hour )

Shane Co. is one of the best companies we have done business with. So kind, clean, thorough, and no pressure at all. I felt safe going in because of the checks they do at the door. The guy (I cant remember his name but was wonderful) was so patient with us and ran back and forth a million times to match what we were looking for. Will never go anywhere else for jewelry. Converted from a different jewelry store, proven to us to be amazing. Love this company and everything they stand behind.
So I had my engagement ring and wedding band bent playing football with my nephew and they fixed everything up just fine. I did have to bring it back in as the small diamonds in the wedding band fell out, but once everything was done, it was almost like new. Thanks for having the best warranty Shane Co!

I was completely misled, as my agreed purchase was not what was represented to me, both online and with customer service reps. I was told that they would fix the issue and if the new purchase cost more, they would handle that on thier end. The customer service reps made false claims of thier quality and assured me there would be no missing nacre. The necklace came in with tons of blemishes that had missing nacre. I was also told that the picture online was a picture of the pearls I was ordering and that was not true either. ... read more
