I had such a wonderful experience at Shane Company working with Josh Mills. He really helped me narrow down what I was looking for, and helped me choose a beautiful and unique new wedding ring that I will cherish forever!! My husband and I had all the information we could have wanted, and Josh made to experience so fun! He even brought out toys to keep our little one happy while shopping!!
Had a wonderful experience at Shane Co. thanks to the help of Mitchell! He introduced himself right away and made a point of calling us by first name after learning them! Went in to get my ring cleaned, he cleaned and polished it right away so we didn't have to come back and pick it up. He was very attentive in helping me and my fiancé find the right bands for us! Bought my fiancés wedding band today here. We've had great experiences here in the past but today our sales person was not very knowledgeable and didn't even introduce herself or ask our names. All she could talk about was her engagement and her fiancé. And she was helping about 4 couples so she would disappear for 20 minutes at a time. Next time, we will be sure to get a different sales person. Other than that, Shane Co. has been great! The last few times, Linda has helped us and she is AWESOME!!!
Alen Khosrovian ( Asst Manager) was AMAZING! I lost my diamond to my wedding band. He helped me through the process in finding a new diamond. Alen has a strong knowledge of diamonds, and he made it a very positive experience. He is truly an asset to Shane Co.

The Shane Company has the best customer service of any jewelers I know. They do free repairs on anything purchased there for a lifetime and employees go the extra mile to make customers happy!
