The service dept. is horrible to deal with in so many ways, trust me I've given them so many chances.. problem after problem $60,000 truck they attempted to replace the steering box (under warranty) put aprox. 500 miles on it and found out the tech cross threaded 1 of the 3 bolts that holds it in and left it loose and sent me on my way to kill someone if not myself. Working with our sales person Jake and our financing guy David Jones was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership! I brought my parents with me as they are more knowledgeable than I am in the car buying experience and we had a great time interacting with both of these very friendly personable gentlemen!! We had the best experience working with Joe Itman when buying our new Chevy Blazer. No pressure for the sale, and he was open and honest with all of our questions. We have bought from Joe before, and will return again when in need of another car. We also service our vehicles at Shakopee Chev, and have nothing but good things to say about the service staff!
Well Warren Soldo did it again. He provided us with amazing expertise in shopping for a new truck. He gave us many different options and scenarios, never pressuring us. He sat with us and showed us all the features, synced all of our phones to the car and came to the house and programed the garage doors. We had an excellent experience buying our Terrain. It was used but you never would have known. Perfectly detailed and clean. There was never any pressure to buy and they found us the best loan rates in the state. I recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car!
