This was my first experience dealing with Shakopee Chevrolet. Jack understood how particular I am with my vehicles, and demonstrated extreme patience and understanding as I test drove 3 used trucks. I feel that I was treated fairly, and now have a Suburban that will last me many years. Jack had a rag in his hand, finalizing the detailing of the truck when I arrived on site, making sure everything was to my satisfaction.

Researched and purchased a very nice 2014 Caddy ATS...Had a very nice experience with Matt Pagelkopf...he answered the questions that he knew and politely let me know the ones he couldn't. Words cannot express the great experience I have had at this dealership thanks to my salesman Matt Pagelkopf. Matt sold us our Chevy Cruze diesel a year and a half ago and we absolutely love it. He helped us through every step of the process and helped my sister and parents purchase their vehicles as well. Every time I get my vehicle serviced, he is always there to help and there have a nice conversation with. I suggest buying a vehicle from Matt to anyone. He is also in a really cool band and the shows are a lot of fun!
