Had a fine experience buying our car, the salesman did not seem to know too much about the car. I felt like my husband knew more. Had the worst worst worst experience with the owner. What a horrible man. Cannot believe he owns a business...that is a scary thing. The way he talked to me on the phone was terrible. I hope no one has to ever deal with that man. We will never buy anything from there again, and I have definitely spread the word of how horrible the owner is.
Great customer service! The sales reps were very helpful and not pushy. I came from a previously horrible experience at Apple ford of shakopee and would highly recommend this dealership instead. I have nothing but positive things to say about this dealership. I worked with Matt, Dan, and jack.

Everyone at this dealership is fantastic...Matt P. has taken great care of me for the last four years on our new car sales and the Chris in the service department always treats us well when we come in for repairs or maintenance. Absolutely love this dealership!

Horrible customer service. Simply wanted to look at the interior colors, but b/c we had been in talks with a different Chevy dealer, the owner instructed the salesman not to let us in the car.
