I never felt rushed with Dr. Shafi. I called his office and he returned my call the same day to address my concern. I had a colonoscopy / endoscopy procedure. The prep nurses and recovery were some of the most caring ones I have had.
The only problem I had was with the office staff when I had my procedure done. There were two ladies at the front desk that were arguing loud enough the patients in the waiting room could hear everything. Their attitudes & language was not something that should be used in a professional environment. It makes everyone else feel uncomfortable hearing that.
