My fiancé is an ER doctor. I have never in my life encountered a rude doctor like Isabella. She doesn’t deserve the title of a doctor. No sympathy and no bedside manners. Did she forget that she is getting paid for doing her job. She is definitely in the wrong field specially working in the ICU. My father was in the ICU at Shady Grove for one week before he passed away. We went through many nurses and a few doctors, however this doctors bedside manner was beyond terrible. She was completely unsympathetic in one of the most difficult situations our family was faced with. Towards the last of my fathers days, Isabelle Hertig did not allow our family to make decisions which I felt were up to us to decide.
