The service is slow. been here for 20 minutes and still haven't ordered food.
One person at the tables soup was not hot. The New Orlean clamchowder was mostly broth. i did not see a clam or and crab meat in the chowder. Pathetic excuse for clam chowder. The philly sandwich was served on butchers paper which became soggy and stuck to the sandwich. The only thing hot on the sandwich was the cheese whiz. The meat and peppers were cold to the touch. Wash hands, follow protocol someone is messing up protocol when customers are getting food poisoning. The kitchen staff shouldn't be using foul language even if they are having a good time, that's not what a customer wants to hear when they are trying to eat a nice meal. You'd think someone was getting beat up the way someone was talking using b**ch word multiple times!

My son and I ate lunch today at Shades and got food poisoning, ruined my busy Saturday.
After waiting to be seated.(only people waiting) told they only had 1 table by the bathroom and we may not want that, while walking then it was "noticed" they had more, so she said we could sit there...we sat at the table for 5 minutes never given menus, never greated or even a mention someone would be over when available. When approaching the host and letting her know we still hadn't even gotten a menu she just looked at me and said Okay.
