For years Shades has never been able to handle large groups. 10 to 20 people. It takes at least 2 hours to get the food. Food is really good. Service of large groups , not so much.
Horrible drive messed up my order months ago said they would send a gift card did nothing avoid
Me and husband ordered at 8:15. I got chargrilled chicken sandwich and the hubby ordered meat pizza. I got my order at 8:40 and my husband got his pizza at 9:02. AWEFUL kitchen timing. It was either eat my meal before his came or eat my meal cold. They did take his pizza off the bill but I would've rather eaten at the same time. We ALWAYS get the same excuse. The pizza oven is slow or broke most of the time. Poor timing on the kitchen help. DON'T ORDER PIZZAS......
