The staff is extremely friendly, and Ms Shannon does an amazing job on all the pre doctor test so Doc already knows what maybe wrong and how he may want to address your specific issue, and Ms Paige is great when you do something to your glasses and they don't exactly fit right anymore, and Doc makes you feel like you're an old friend when you're explaining your specific issue or issues.
