I had a 10:45 appt and arrived on time with 6 people in waiting area. After an hour of waiting and as they called another person back, I told the clerk I would not wait any longer. Got some excuse about their being so far behind but this has happened before. Asked why she didn't call or text they were behind and that it would be a 90 minute wait or ask when I arrived if I had anything I needed to do or if I wanted to reschedule for another time. We love Dr. Shackelford and I have seen him for years(the Walmart days even)and I'm sorry but one of the girls in there now.... RUDE!! I understand having a bad day but it's every time I call and every time we go. Unfortunately, we will never be back!!

Myself and my family have been coming to see Dr. Shackelford for years. On Sat. April 4 at 9:00 in the morning I overheard the data entry clerk making fun of my occupation after submitting my son's paperwork. For those that do not know me and especially, the data entry clerk, I am a professional at a fortune 500 company. Let's see if I get an apology before I leave today. I love Dr. Shackleford but everysince his daughters stopped working there, the front office has gone squat. Let's see if I get an apology before I leave.
