AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!! TOOK 14 WEEKS TO GET CONTACTS & GLASSES when they only said 7 days! My appointment with Dr. Shackelford went great & everything after that went downhill. Took several weeks to get my trial contact lenses back, after calling multiple times with no answer they finally answered & said they had been in for a week, yet no one had notified me. Horrible customer service. Long wait times even with an appointment. They want to pay up front while you wait. Go anywhere else.

I'm so sorry your experience was bad. Each patient has to fill out paperwork each year and because of Covid-19 everyone has to wear a mask. Our wait time is usually 30 minutes because sometimes people take longer each appointment depending on needs at the time of their appointment. We also have a new computer system and are under new management that requires payment up front and then again when you check out and order glasses or any materials needed . Everyone is the best here. We love Dr. Shackleford. He is our go to eye doctor. We have been seeing him for 8 years. We give the 5 stars all the way.

I had my yearly exam here and ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses. I was very pleased with the friendly staff. They are very helpful in choosing frames and have great ideas in fitting frames to your face shape!! My doctor was very professional and personable. ill definitely return for my next visit!
Wonderful and very inviting staff. The ladies in Hernando office are really helpful beautiful and they all have great spirits.
