We’ve tried this place several times. Appointments don’t matter with them plan on waiting an hour before you see the doctor. And don’t count on them to submit referrals on time I’ve had to make two follow up calls only to get sass. Employee Lee Mcgruder is very rude in person, on the phone and on social media. She’s a reflection of the atmosphere in the Hernando office.
RecommendedSo happy I switched to Shackelford eye care! I had lasik 10 years ago my vision changed 2 years later. After 2 doctors told me I wouldn’t be able to wear contacts after the lasik I went and saw Dr Ridge she fitted me with some contacts! It will take some getting use to since I haven’t worn them in 10 years but I’m so happy it’s an option now!! Thank you Dr Ridge and staff! Happy to have you as my eye doctor from now on! 😊
I absolutely love Dr. Shackleford and the new female doctor they recently got! They both are so welcoming and caring! The wait time was even better, 15 minutes, especially for a new patient!!! Thank you to the Doctors and Staff
This is a wonderful place to go for your eye care. There is a fabulous staff that is so helpful in choosing frames.
