Today, we were exactly 15 mins late for flu shot appointment and the doors were locked and the lights turned off which was on when we saw from outside. Our appointment time was 4:30pm Wednesday and we reached there exactly at 4:45pm and the door was locked. Most of teh doctor offices give us grace time of 15 mins and also call to check where the patient is but this doctor office couldn't take a patient who was 15mins late and not even picked up our call. This is so hurting. We were just 15 mins late and all doctor office do take 15 mins late appointments and they closed the door. We can still see the lights on. The new place took some time with construction to find out and this is what you get just for a flu shot where the lock the door and don't let you in.
The doctor himself was fine and provided decent care, but the front desk staff completely ruined the experience. The helpdesk person was rude, unprofessional, and treated patients with total disrespect. It is unfortunate that poor customer service at the reception overshadows the medical care. Think twice before coming here if a welcoming environment matters to you.
Dr.Pinnamaraju is a great pediatrician. She is very patient, listens and answers to all our questions. Highly recommend S.G pediatrics. Front desk, Candice is great at admin tasks and gets all our necessary paper work completed on time. She is very thorough at her job.
Doctor is amazing BUT the front desk lady is too rude I say. She talks loud , makes faces, greets less , commands and has zero patience. Not sure why doctor still prefers her as it’s declining her reputation and there are plenty of them who are far better than her ready to take this job position happily. I would never ever recommend this clinic if the front desk nurse is in.She is such an arrogant lady who has no manners and knows to shout with her negative attitude.
