Partner and I went to replace the battery and we can honestly say they had the best attitudes and made are day! The service manager, she was so sweet and her reps were just as great!

Went in for my free car wash... the sign said 30 min, by the time I got my complimentary bottle of water and cookies, sat down to watch HGTV and took two bites my buzzer was going off and my car was outside waiting for me. I had mixed emotions I wanted to at least finish my cookies ����
Husband brought in his car for repairs and the customer service was horrendous. He called multiple times to call and follow up on repairs. He was told 3 different times that someone would call him back and no one ever did. He talked to someone named Brett who left him in hold 10 minutes and never came back to the phone. Then when he asked to speak to the service manager Stephanie he was put on hold and no one ever picked up again. �
Fantastic service and great selection of vehicles! We truly enjoyed our time with Brenda Jurach, she was such a great salesperson to work with!
