I could not have possibly had a better purchase experience. I honestly get sick to my stomach at the idea of even walking on a car lot, and this process was blast. Never felt pressured, just guided through a painless process by my sales professional, Ryan Bray, to get exactly what I needed. Even the finance process was effortless, no pushy up-sales or hidden fees, probably only took about 10 minutes. I love this place!
My husband and I were so pleased with the outstanding service we received. We called on a Friday when my check engine light came on, brought it in Saturday morning and they were there waiting on us with a very nice loaner. After parts were ordered it took a week to get my car fixed. It was washed when we picked it up and everything went so smoothly. We will be using them again and hopefully purchasing our next vehicle from here as well. Mr. Braggs was very helpful and informative through the entire process.

They roll out the red carpet for EVERYONE. More companies should model their customer service behind Sewell Infiniti. Always 5 star treatment EVERY TIME I take my Infiniti for service. Well worth the drive. I could go on and on so I'll stop here but I haven't touched on the complimentary refreshments and loaner cars. The list goes on with this place. Kudos guys and thank you Ashley Flores for always making it a pleasant experience �
I visited to have my license plates put on and while I was there needed the Service Dept. to replace a light on the passenger door. I was offered a loaner vehicle but decided against it because was supposed to take an hour or so. I did have the car washed as well but it took two hours. I would have given 5 stars if it hadn't taken so long. However the service was very friendly and they kept me informed.
