Absolutely satisfied with the service all together since day one. Our sales person was kind and very helpful.
They are selling so they give time to answer all the questions. If you are going to bye please don't expect to be in and out. Expect 2-4 hours.
I took an appointment for 9:30 for Friday 2 days before the scheduled time and I also told them I will need a loner car. After arriving here check-in was quick but have been waiting for a loner car for 45 minutes! After I asked the lady who checked me in, I was told that they are cleaning some cars because they have been very busy. What is the point of calling them 2 days in advance and making appointments and letting them know you need a loner car if you have to waste half a day here waiting. Sewell was FANTASTIC!! We worked with Kelvin Holmes who was AMAZING and compassionate about customer service. We had a great experience. We came from New Orleans. After a 5 hour ride in the car with a toddler Kelvin had everything all ready to go for us. We were in the dealership for maybe an hour! Customer service was top notch!! We are glad we choose Sewell over our local dealership!!
I've been taking my G37 coupe to get serviced here since I bought it and I have never had any issue with the service. I'm greeted as soon as I drive up, and yes at times it does take a while to get a loaner (30 min tops) but at least they are made available at no charge. Everyone is extremely nice with great attitudes and willing to help out. My only complaint is can you please give out the new 2017 Q60 coupes as loaners...lol
Kelly Robinson is amazing! She made our time her priority and helped us find the vehicle we dreamed of on the lot. She and the dealership showed us "customers are family" and not just a quota mark We will be back and we will be pushing the dealership and her name to all it friends and neighbors who lost there vehicles in the floods also!!

My sales associate, Alexis King, was awesome. Never pushy, provided me with everything I needed to make a decision, all the while knowing it was possible I might decide to keep my current vehicle.
